Training courses

Circles for U
“Circles for U” is a training circle with a pre-agreed theme. You can choose to complete the different parts of the training in a specific order, or choose the part you wish to immerse yourself in.
You can either work through the different parts of the training circle that are available online, or we can tailor a training package to meet your specific needs and organise it on site or online, depending on your requirements.
Circles for U includes body-informed methods that we provide online via Teams once a week. You will then have unlimited access to the exercises throughout your training. Each course also includes a number of recorded lectures and individual or group coaching sessions.
For companies that wish to be included in Circles for U, dyads/triads (meetings between 2 or 3 participants) are available between lectures/coaching sessions to further deepen knowledge together. We are happy for different companies to attend the Circles for U training at the same time.
How the training is structured
The training in Circles for U is based on three different elements:

Circle for U 3: Becoming and therefore being able to choose

Coaching for Konciensia is about the entire system that you are part of, where different symptoms in the form of behaviours, feelings and thoughts live. To find the root cause of an issue, such as undesirable workplace behaviour, requires curiosity, and an awareness of the present is a prerequisite for acting differently. Our focus in all assignments is for the coaching to actually have an effect. That may seem obvious to some people – so what exactly do we mean?

Rehabilitation
Konciensia offers rehabilitation of employees in cases of addiction/dependence, mental ill health or other challenging behaviours. We adopt the Compassionate Inquiry approach to gain insight into why the addiction occurred in the first place.
By examining the underlying reason for their behaviour in a safe context, your employee can eventually achieve a state of self-compassion. And come to understand that their behaviour has become a strategy for managing pain. It is then possible to mould a new approach: face the pain, deal with it, and view the previous strategy as something that was necessary before, but is no longer so. Only then is the person truly able to choose a way forward.
If you want impactful rehabilitation for your employees, then Konciensia is the answer. In addition to talking to your employee, we will also offer them the chance to participate in body-informed methods for working with their body’s nervous system, being present in the moment, and landing in the body. We do this through yoga, mindfulness and tapping/havening.
