I have known Fredrik for approximately a year and a half where he has been my therapist and friend. I say friend because that is how I feel when I talk to him, like I´m speaking with a friend rather than being in a traditional therapist/client relationship.

I found Fredrik thru Dr. Gabor Mate´s website as I was looking for a trauma informed therapist to help me on my journey towards healing troubles from my past.  Since the time I started working with Fredrik, I have gained a deep and valuable insight into myself and my past.  With Fredrik´s help I have managed to find a place where I can better deal with that which had formerly been an obstacle to and an everyday healthy emotional life.
