It is about you, whatever you are facing, the space for healing is within you. Your thoughts, your feelings and how you create the world, after the world has created you. A feeling can never be questioned, it is. Whereas a thought, perception or interpretation can be questioned - in safety and with compassion.
Our services
We hope and believe that there is a reason why you chose to visit us here at Konciensia. You may be living with wounds from past experiences, wounds that have a negative impact on you. You may be living with ADHD, anxiety, stress, addiction, alcoholism, grief or autoimmune diseases. Or perhaps you are a parent who doesn’t fully understand your child or even yourself?
Whatever the reason, you’ll always find yourself welcome here. We offer therapy and training to private individuals who are curious about whether there may be another way, another path to well-being, healing or feeling good – for real. Among other things, we offer trauma therapy, nervous system-informed methods, Konciensia parenting and addiction therapy.
Therapy/coaching
Looking for a way to feel good for real? Then you’ve come to the right place. We can’t give you a magic pill to swallow and then everything will be fine. It’s more about a journey, a process where we offer you the space to explore yourself, in safety – with body, mind and soul connected.
The purpose of therapy is to become whole. We believe that you can become whole when you dare to come face to face with yourself. We’re not saying it’s easy. We encounter ourselves on a daily basis and so are convinced that nothing from outside will ever make us whole. The answers are within you, but you are also the person guarding yourself from those answers. The answers could be viewed as adaptations you have had to make in your life, and which so far have performed a crucial function for you. But where you are today, these adaptations may actually be an obstacle to you feeling good.
Our therapy is based on what we call Compassionate Inquiry. Before we begin the therapeutic work, you, as the client, can attend an initial free session. The aim is to ensure that you feel safe with whichever of the two of us you meet. That is vital for the sessions to be a success.
All we ask is for you to come to us with curiosity. You don’t need to be clear about your intention. It’s enough for you to know that you want something different from how things are now, and are curious about the answers you carry within you.
If you then choose to continue, the sessions will begin with you receiving guidance on how to land in your body, centring yourself in the present, so the discussions can be as successful as possible. We will guide you inwards, examining what is felt, how it feels, and what feelings arise.
Further guidance is provided for the thoughts you have about yourself, what basic assumptions you carry with you, and what purpose they have served for you – and continue to serve today. Each session ends with us returning to the starting point of the session together with the feeling in your body right now.
The aim of the therapy is to become whole, to find your way back to yourself, your authentic self, once more. We don’t create anything; it’s already within us – and it is only when compassion is present that we can discover the truth and the true self.
Based on the above, the focus of the therapy can cover everything from trauma to parenting difficulties, relationships and couples therapy, to different types of addictions. Everything that we humans face when we are disconnected from the self.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment, no charge will be made. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full amount.
